Biography

Ryan Dixon joined James Bates after graduating from the Walter F. George School of Law.  He practices with the firm’s litigation group, focusing on complex business and corporate issues.

Ryan is originally from Las Vegas, Nevada. He is an Eagle Scout and remains active in the Boy Scouts of America.  He moved to Georgia in 2007 when he entered the Walter F. George School of Law in Macon.  Ryan is very involved with church service and spends a great deal of time mentoring young adults and assisting the elderly.  In college, he earned a degree in Philosophy, with an emphasis in Formal/Symbolic Logic, culminating with a presentation on Gödel’s Incompleteness Theorems of Mathematics.  Ryan is a thinker and loves solving complex problems and issues.

Ryan is married to the former Stefanie Hansen, daughter of a physician and decorated Captain in the U.S. Navy.  Ryan and Stefanie have four children.
