Biography

Mr. Kuller represents small and midsized companies and their owners, including with entity structure, formation and maintenance, agreements of all types, corporate governance private placements, and acquisitions and sales.  In the banking area, Mr. Kuller concentrates on representation of community banks. He has experience in bank organization and formation, mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings and other bank regulatory matters. In the tax-exempt organizations area, Mr. Kuller’s experience includes organizing new tax-exempt organizations as well as representing existing churches and other tax-exempt organizations.
