Biography

Carol Underwood concentrates her law practice in the area of civil litigation including defense of automobile liability matters including uninsured/underinsured motorist litigation and coverage issues as well as personal injury, slip and fall, and general insurance defense. Ms. Underwood also represents employers in both state and federal courts from employment discrimination, sexual harassment, and general litigation claims.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Underwood was an associate with Chambless, Higdon, Richardson, Katz & Griggs handling workers’ compensation cases on behalf of employers and general insurance defense cases.
