With over 20 years’ of practicing law in middle Georgia, Kim’s practice primarily focuses on the representation of creditors, secured and unsecured, in Chapter 7, 11, 12, and 13 bankruptcy proceedings, commercial litigation and other defaults. She has a substantial amount of experience in providing practical, creative solutions to resolve conflicts and protect creditors’ assets.
