For over 15 years in Middle Georgia, Ross’ practice has been devoted to real estate law, including contract negotiation and drafting, lender representation, loan document review and preparation, title examination and title insurance, and drafting of closing documents. He represents buyers, sellers and lenders in real estate closings including commercial, agricultural, forest and recreational property, as well as large multi-state timberland transactions.
