In her well-rounded legal practice, Corrie Hall handles a range of business, banking, probate and trust and complex commercial litigation, as well as transactional matters. Corrie listens to her clients, identifies their objectives, and then plots the most effective and efficient course of action to achieve them. At the same time, she works to ensure that her clients’ short-term goals also fit within their long-term plans and larger strategies.

Corrie helps provide general counsel services for the Community Bankers Association of Georgia, as well as representation to more than 60 community banks in the state. Corrie zealously advocates for financial institutions in various litigation matters to reach the best possible resolutions and routinely navigates her clients through third-party discovery or subpoena compliance and responses. Corrie also advises financial institutions in an array of areas, including vendor and contract management and strategic planning.

On the probate and trust side of her practice, Corrie represents individuals and organizations in guardianship and conservatorship and mental health proceedings and in litigation arising from conflicts over the interpretation or administration of trusts, wills and estates. Her representation includes two major hospitals in the central Georgia region, as well as many individuals and families. She applies an understanding of human dynamics to counsel clients towards practical resolutions with an eye towards preserving relationships.

Corrie also serves as an outside legal counsel to small and midsize companies and nonprofits in the Middle Georgia area. In this role, Corrie works alongside her clients in an array of matters, including litigation and corporate governance. In addition, she handles complex commercial litigation for municipalities, insurance companies and other organizations. Whatever the topic, she distills arcane legal concepts into simpler terms and delivers clear, understandable explanations.

After Hours

In addition to volunteer work and serving on the boards of several community organizations, Corrie enjoys reading, cooking and exercising. She and her husband Landon love to travel, especially internationally. They have extensively remodeled their home, and are now working on a significant project at his  great-grandfather’s original homeplace.
